Description
A traceable group lot that brings together coffees from small producers across the regions of Antioquia, Huila, and Cauca. The specific origin of each lot varies based on the harvest and availability, but our process remains consistent. Whether the coffee comes from the lush mountains of Antioquia, the highlands of Huila, or the fertile soils of Cauca, you can always expect the same meticulous attention to detail.
To achieve this quality, producers meticulously select only ripe cherries, ferment them for 24 hours initially, and then for an additional 36-72 hours after de-pulping. The coffee is then washed and typically dried on patios.
